Music and Conversations with Jon Sass

TESJI was honored and humbled to be joined by Tuba Artist Jon Sass, our inaugural guest on “Music and Conversations.” Mr. Sass has built a multi-faceted career as a performer, educator, and clinician, primarily residing in Vienna, Austria. Learn about his views on music and activism, colonialism and whiteness in jazz, systemic racism in the musical world, and why representation matters to young musicians in underrepresented communities.
